Delete your Detective Deco account

Deletion permanently removes your sign-in, investigator, interview transcripts, reported replies, collected evidence and progress. All devices are signed out. Paid case access associated with this account is lost and cannot be moved to a new account. Deletion does not refund purchases.

We retain limited transaction identifiers and payment status without your account link for financial records and fraud prevention. Clear app data or uninstall to remove local journal notes on your devices. You can also delete your account in the app from the investigator menu → Account & privacy.
